In front of a packed home crowd – including the Tri County High School band, which performed throughout the game – ½ÖÅĸ£ÀûÊÓƵ Centurions men’s basketball team dominated in its last regular season home game.

BUZZER BUMMER: Game-winning three sinks Centurions in 79-78 loss to Delta, but ½ÖÅĸ£ÀûÊÓƵ clinches tourney spot

Though the team dropped a heartbreaking buzzer-beater to Delta College, it clinched a berth in the ½ÖÅĸ£ÀûÊÓƵAA tournament.

COMING UP SHORT: Centurions lose tight one, 80-79, to Delta

The loss prevented the Centurions (6-6 ½ÖÅĸ£ÀûÊÓƵAA North, 9-16 overall) from clinching a playoff spot in the ½ÖÅĸ£ÀûÊÓƵAA tournament. The team has two remaining games to do so, however.

The ½ÖÅĸ£ÀûÊÓƵ women’s team finished fourth out of 10 teams while the men’s team placed eighth out of 11 teams at the tournaments.
